DIG optimises catalogue management between vendors and customers. Previously vendors linked to eRelation-PROCUREMENT transmitted their catalogue data to DIG in a variety of ways. The process of accepting the catalogue data was extremely expensive, time consuming and frequently resulted in delays as a result of the great amount of manual work it involved.
With DIG CATMAN, vendors are able to carry out their catalogue updates directly, completely independently and in a transparent process.
DIG CATMAN checks and validates the uploaded catalogue data automatically, manages the release procedure between customer and vendor and notifies the vendor at any given moment about the current status of processing or release. It is also possible to transmit images and other product details for catalogue articles using DIG CATMAN. As your procurement service partner we are pleased to be in a position to offer our suppliers a new tool for greater efficiency in data communications with DIG CATMAN.
